Only App That Worked for Me

I (like a moron) accidentally formatted my CF card in my Canon 5D MkIII, losing 29 GB of photos. I have IMAGE RESCUE 3 & IMAGE RESCUE 4 but neither of them could see any valid files on my card to retrieve. I am running Mac OS 10.10 (Yosemite).

I downloaded DiskDrill Media Recovery and I was not too pleased when it came right up and said it would not work with OS 10.7 or greater without an update. However, the link to the update was provided, the download was free and it allowed the app to recognize and recover all of the files.

I would give it 5 stars except for the little extra steps you need to do to get it running on the most modern OS X but it was the only program that actually worked!
